Designing the Universe

We are so excited to present the gorgeous girls of the Miss Universe Australia Queensland Team!
 
As Official Gown sponsor we had the absolute pleasure of gowning all twenty-two of the absolutely divine Queensland girls!
 
With our fabulous head designer Begitta also being asked to Judge the competition on the panel with incredible industry representatives, including Owen George of GC MAG, Leah Madden of White Sands Swimwear and the man himself Troy Barbagallo, Owner of Pink Tank Events and director of Miss Universe Australia!
 
Troy’s beautiful wife Sophia and the exquisite and current reigning Miss Universe Australia, Monika Radulovik, hosted the event and looked absolutely divine in two beautiful Begitta dresses!
 
Each of the twenty-two Queensland Finalists wore pieces from previous Begitta Collections and the current collection exclusively made for the Miss Universe Event “The Midnight Garden”. The Midnight Garden is an exquisite array of Red Carpet worthy looks filled with deep gem-tone hues, lots of lace and plenty of sparkle! But the collection doesn’t finish there, Begitta will add five exclusive Couture Gowns to the range and will feature on the five Finalists at the Australia National finals, on August 31st, as they compete for the crown to become THE Miss Universe Australia 2016. Each of the Queensland National Finalists will be gowned in five individually designed, custom couture Begitta pieces. Each state’s designer will also be in hot competition vying for the top position to become the Official Designer for the new Miss Universe Australia’s International debut!
