Shipping Policies
Within Australia, we use registered post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Items made upon order purchased in our E-boutique will be posted out upon completion of order. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your items to be made. Garments purchased on a made to order basis such as garments from our latest collection will be shipped out once garment is complete, time varies from garment to garment (6weeks to 3 months), you will be informed of the lead times of your specific order.

$12 Australia-wide. [All charges quoted to you are inclusive of GST.] You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.
Shipping Time
Delivery within 4 business days for orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday - Friday (For in-stock items only). Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Begitta will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:
• are faulty (unless caused by you);
• have been wrongly described;
• are different to the goods that you ordered;
• do not do what they are supposed to; or
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
ONLY ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR E-BOUTIQUE CAN BE EXCHANGED
NO EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ON MADE TO MEASURE – ONLY REPAIRS WILL BE COMPLETED WHERE FAULTS OCCUR.
Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase..
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date (Commencing 1-2 days after date of order being posted) and all items must be returned to us within 7-14 days of delivery date.

Shipping charges will occur if garment has been returned for false damages - where garment has been purposely tampered with. Repairs will not be given for garments believed to be purposefully ruined, tampered with or where garments have been worn/used in a way that is not specific to the use of the garment as well as not cared for as specified (Eg. Not washed correctly, used in chlorine where not specified ect) Should a discrepancy occur, it is to our discretion to refuse exchange/refund/repair.

Exchange Policy
We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. All sales are final unless faulty in which a repair will be issued - Items must be returned for repair within 7 days of purchase (7 days after garment has been scheduled to arrive via post)
Limitations
Unfortunately, the following items are non-exchangeable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewellery, accessories or sale items. Exchanges on change of mind are not available on made-to-measure garments.
